Qualifications:

Jo has recently moved to Australia from overseas. She joined Bizy Bodies as a member in 2015 until we discovered her talent as a Pilates Instructor. From then on Jo became a part of the Bizy Bodies team and has loved sharing her passion for fitness with all our members.

Jo has been a group fitness instructor for over 13 years. In this time she has presented aerobics, step, kick boxing and group training. Prior to moving to Australia, Jo found a “new love” of Pilates! “I really have a love and heart for people and I feel that I can help more of a variety of people through Pilates. I enjoy watching the ladies in my pregnancy Pilates classes prepare for the arrival of their new born and I also love seeing the mature adults move much more freely after their Pilates class” said Jo

Jo believes in continuing her education to stay on top of her game. She feels there is always more to learn. “My goal is to not merely be a trainer or instructor, but to allow people to explore themselves on this constant journey towards better health and fitness.”
