After years living a sedentary lifestyle and then the birth of my son I found myself unfit, overweight and unhappy. 

Joining a gym and getting into fitness completely changed my life, I was able to lose 40kg and found my new life passion.

I started working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2015  specialising in female specific weight loss, high intensity and strength training. 

Additional qualifications: Kettlebell Training, Barbell Training, Female Specific Power Lifting, Boxing, Pre and Post Pregnancy Training and HIITstep.
