Work out your way – No membership required. Casual gym runs daily from 6am – 12pm and 2pm – 7.30pm. No matter what time of the day you come to Bizy Bodies, you will be trained and guided by one of our expert trainers on the floor. Group Training runs all day and can be adjusted to suit any injuries or specific training programs.
